Ginger Ale
Most ginger ales are fermented less than 2 days. To get some bubbles. Who cares about bubbles ? Wait a month ! For a 20L batch :
- 1kg of ginger
- 9 limes
- 4kg of suggar
- 18L of water
- Some yeast previously trained through a Bremmspur batch
- A month of patience before bottling
- Another month of patience before opening
L'Orange sans Guigne
Why mixing Prosseco with orange juice ? Make a concentrated version then add sugar and sparkling water at will.
